The Institute of Management Studies BHU''s entire admissions procedure is conducted online. Details of the admission process for all the courses are as follows:
- The combined merit of the CAT (50% weight), academic standing (20% weight), and GDPI (Group Discussion and Personal Interview, 30% weight) is used to determine admission to MBA and MBA IB.
- The combined merit of the written test administered by Banaras Hindu University and the GDPI administered by FMS BHU determines admission to the MBA AB program.
- According to the GDPI scores of qualified applicants, admission to PGDBA programs is granted.
- Candidates for PhD admission must have passed the common research entrance exam administered by Banaras Hindu University''s Controller of Examinations. Those who have passed the NET-JRF of the UGC NET are exempt from taking this test.
