Shri Guru Ram Rai University was established in 2017. It is the largest educational institution offering UG, PG and doctorate courses. Located in the Dehradun district of Uttarakhand, the college is recognised by the University Grants Commission.

Merit Based Scholarships
University offers a number of scholarships to students depending on the academic credentials and their achievements in sports, culture arena, and other extra-curricular activities.
The University grants full to partial waiver on tuition fees payable by the student.
What comes under Scholarship?
1. The scholarship will be awarded on Tuition Fee only.
2. Only those students who have cleared their examination in 2019-20 would be eligible for the scholarship.
3. A scholarship would not apply if there is a gap between academic sessions.
4. The academic performance of a student shall be the sole criteria for continuation of the scholarship.
Scholarships starting from the highest slab shall be granted based on the position in the merit list prepared School wise.
